BeBody takes wellness back to an old era.
Dedicated to redefining the overwhelming wellness world by guiding our collective back to the essence of health, away from the noise.
Combining our workout concept, The BeBody Method and our retro sport line, we transport you back to a nostalgic era.
The BeBody Sculpt Method is at the core of the brand and drives our residencies, pop-ups and collaborations. The concept acts as a mind-body adventure and operates as more of a 80's fitness class, rather than a typical pilates workout. It blends principles of HIIT, Strength training into the format of pilates.
Appearing on a global scale, we bring a workout that simple doesn't exist elsewhere.
By encapsulating resilience, sensuality and strength through the power of our movement, we provoke an extremely powerful message of how it feels to be a strong individual in the modern world.

BeBody was founded by Lucy Borrie, a professional dancer and wellness expert with global credits in both industries.
Through a diverse professional background which spans across various spaces, cultures, and industries, from cabaret in Paris to London's most prominent accredited gyms, Lucy gathered knowledge from many spaces but also identified a significant void in the wellness sector and conventional health culture.
Motivated by her own battles with body image and societies need to place comparison at the forefront of one's mind, Lucy's purpose is to create change, it is to finally allow a space whereby people can come and overcome struggle, on a personal and physical level.
Through harnessing her creative power to craft a holistic method that prioritizes internal strength and resilience, she offers extreme aesthetic benefits as a natural outcome rather than a primary focus.
Once the method was created and first taught at Chez Simone, it was evident how strong the impact really was from the method alone. People came into the space, and completely absorbed themselves into this sanctuary that had been created. Each and every time the BeBody Sculpt Method is taught, it lies clear that it is a powerful space free from comparison and competition.
After creating a sanctuary through the method, Lucy saw the need for more support and established BeBody, a platform that encourages individuals to embrace their true selves in a wellness culture that promotes conformity. BeBody highlights the importance of self-acceptance and fosters connections among kind, open-minded people, promoting kindness as a valued trait in a society that often suppresses authenticity.
The magic is knowing that it is simply just the start of this movement in the wellness sector, rather than a trend that will eventually fade out.
